STEP 1 — Start with a Free Visit

During your visit, you’ll tour the facility, meet with a coach, and talk through your goals so we can guide you to the right training track – Foundation, Performance, or Sport.

STEP 2 — Choose Your Starting Path

With our three-track system — Foundation, Performance, and Sport — you can either jump directly into group training or begin with two OnRamp sessions for a more guided start.

OnRamp sessions act as a personal assessment for both you and our coaching team. In your first session, we’ll focus on foundational movement — squatting, pressing, and hinging mechanics. In your second session, we build on those fundamentals and introduce barbell movements and training flow.

Many members choose OnRamp to settle in smoothly, ask questions, and give us insight into any orthopedic or medical considerations we should be mindful of. Others prefer to start in regular classes right away. Both paths are valid.

If you jump into group training and later decide you’d like a refresher or more individual attention, we can always revisit OnRamp sessions within your first month.

STEP 3 — Begin Your Training Path

Once you’ve chosen a starting path — whether through group training or OnRamp sessions — you’ll continue training within our three-track system: Foundation, Performance, or Sport.

All group sessions are coach-led and structured around planned strength, conditioning, and skill development, typically lasting around 60 minutes. Every class includes a guided warm-up, clear movement instruction, and hands-on coaching throughout the session.

Our coaches are there to help you move well, train safely, and make steady progress — adjusting loading, volume, and complexity based on your chosen track and personal goals.
