Udi’s gluten free pizza crusts  (gluten, dairy, nut and soy free)

Toppings of your choice (we love loading ours with spinach, ham, onions, mushrooms, left over meat: bacon, sausage)
Cover in raw cheese or Daiya mozzarella cheese (Free of dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts) – both are sold at Whole Foods
Cover pizza crust with salsa of your choice.  Add desired toppings.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cook for 15-18 minutes or until crust browns.
