A2. Double-Unders; 60 seconds x 4 sets, rest 60sec

A3. Wall Climbs*; 3 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

*Hold your most vertical position for 5 seconds before making your descent back to the floor.


B. In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, complete AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

10 Push-ups

20 Air Squats

100 Meter Run
