Saturday (2nd) – Regular Schedule resumes


In teams of four, complete as many rounds as possible in 24 minutes of:

Run 400 Meters

20 Burpees

50’ Walking Lunges with Dumbbells (length of gym)

20 Wall Balls

*Teams must rotate stations as a team, with only one team member working at each station.



Wod will be posted at gym
