Performance

In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

Station 1-

10 Box Jumps

1 rope climb, 5 Pull-Ups, or 15sec COVP supinated hold

Station 2-

10 Burpees

6 Alternating DB Snatches

Station 3-

400 Meter Run w/Med Ball (20/14lb)

*Each partner will perform an amrap at their designated station while the running partner is running. When they return he/she will write down how many rounds/reps they did and switch stations.

*Teammates rotate only after the running partner returns.

*Record total rounds and reps per station.
