A3. Strict Pull-Ups; 2-3 reps x 4 sets, rest 45

*Add weight to pull-ups if rep range is to easy

 

B. Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:

Hang Power Cleans (115/75lbs)

Push-Ups
