*Build to today’s heavy 2 or 3-RM.


B1. Chest supported DB Row w/ a pause at top; 10-12 reps x 3 sets, rest 45sec

B2. DB Tate Press; 15 reps x 3 sets, rest 45sec


C. In teams of two, alternate full rounds and complete 5 each of:

20 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

20 Hand-Release Push-Ups
