B. Dimmel Deadlift; 3 x 20 reps, rest 90sec

*Use no more then 35% of max DL


C. Reverse Grip Inverted BB Row; 3 x 10 reps


D. AMRAP in 6 minutes of:

30 Wall Ball Shots

30 Pull-Ups

30 Double-Unders
