A2. Ring Push-ups @ 21×1; 6-8 reps x 4 sets, rest 45 sec,

A3. Russian Step Ups; 10 reps/leg x 4sets, rest 45 sec

A4. Bear cub crawl with pvc or 2.5lb plate; 50’, rest 45 sec

5 Man-Makers

Performance

A. 
Take 15-20 minutes to work on Clean and Jerk technique and build to a heavy-ish Clean and Jerk.

5 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs.)

10 Burpees Over the Barbell

 

*If you cannot do at least 5 technically sound unbroken reps on first set then you will need to scale weight accordingly.
