REGISTER for the 2014 Reebok CrossFit OPEN!

Sign up ASAP and select Calibrated CrossFit as your home Affiliate!

 These workouts will be done at Calibrated every Saturday b/w 10am and 1pm.

The WODS will be no different from any other training day except everyone will have a judge and a Heat they are assigned to. Immediately following the OPEN we will have a cookout to celebrate everyon’s hard work!  Despite your ranking this will be a great way to help our Calibrated Community grow while setting some awesome goals for your future in CrossFit!

If you choose not to sign up there will still be a 9am class every Saturday to get your workout in.



Skill Session:

We will be transitioning between 3 stations for 2 sets each of 4 minutes

– Kettle Bell Swings (OPEN Standards)

– Kipping Toes-to-Bar

– Shoulder mobility circuit


In teams of two, AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

3 Box Jump Overs

6 Dumbbell Push Press
 (40#/25# each hand)

9 Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg)

4 sets each; 3min rest between AMRAPS

*Only 1 team member may be working at a time. 1 person cycles through entire set while other rests.

*DB Push Press – Games Standard – Push Jerks or Strict Press does not count

*KBS – Games Standard – unless there is a mobility issue or you are new… then Russian
