A.  EMOM for 10min;

Even – 3 TnG Power Clean and Jerk 135/95

Odd – 3-6 Toes To Bar

* Try and develop a rhythm with your Clean’s “catch” into your push jerk*

*If you can not get 3 TnG reps with Rx’d weight Than do a Cluster of 2-3 reps

B. 15-20min of Active recovery work on Airdyne or Rower

C.  30min of Hip/Thoracic mobility provided by coach + lots of foam/MB/massage stick rolling!
