Performance

“Team Murph”

In teams of three, with only one person working at a time, complete the following as quickly as possible:

1600m Relay Run with 20/14 lb Medicine Ball

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Squats

1600 Meter Relay Run with 20/14 lb Medicine Ball

*Teams must finish in under 40min for individuals to qualify for the unscaled version of “Murph” on Memorial Day.
