Serrano Back Squat x 3 reps

– Rest 60 seconds

Dumbbell Bench Press x 8 reps (1sec pause at top)

– Rest 60 seconds

V-Ups x 20 reps

– Rest 60 seconds

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (heavy)

15 Wall Balls

Run 200 Meters

Run 200 Meters with Medicine Ball

15 Wall Ball Shot (20/14 lbs)

15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
