Hang Clean + Clean + Split Jerk

*If technique is there make the last 2 sets tough

 

B. 
Back Squat

5 reps @ 65-70%

3 reps @ 75-80%

1 rep @ 85-90%

1 rep @ 90-95%

1 rep @ 90-95%

Rest 2-3 minutes

 

C. 
For time:

Pull Ups

Pushups
