A2. Band Pull Aparts; 20 reps x 2 sets, rest 30sec

A3. Nose to Wall HS Hold; 30sec x 2 sets, rest 30sec


B. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets) of:

Strict Shoulder Press @ 20×1 x 2-3reps

*Build over the first 3-4 sets, then finish with 4-5 heavy sets of 2-3 reps.


C. Five rounds for time of:

10 Push Press @ 115/75 (from floor)

30 Double-Unders
