Performance

A. 
Take 12-15 minutes to practice your Clean technique. We will begin with the Clean warm-up posted in the gym. If everything feels good work up to a tough single in 6 attempts or less.

 

B. 
Two sets for max reps of:

Against a 6 minute running clock,

Row 1000 Meters

Back Squat x Max Reps
(Men=bodyweight, Women = 3/4 bodyweight)

Rest 6min

*score  total meters + reps on BS

*Pick a fast but managable pace on the rower so that you can go directly over to the BS station and start squatting. If you make it back to the rower go balls out!
