Minute 2 – Banded Hamstring Curls; 30sec

Minute 3 – Plank from Elbows; 45 seconds

Minute 4 – Reverse Hyper (Bodyweight only); 30sec seconds

 

B. AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

14 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches

14 Toes to Bar
