ATTENTION to all those signed up or planning to sign up for this year’s CrossFit Open.

All members of Calibrated must login to your account (Here) and add Calibrated CrossFit as your TEAM. Last year I was able to do this for everyone but with the new website they just created they did not allow for this option.

Below are the steps to join your affiliate’s team after completing the registration process. You’ll find the option on your (Competition Page.) *You might need to sign in with your CrossFit ID if you aren’t logged into the site already.

  1. Click the Edit link next to Team (this should bring up our affiliate team)

  2. Choose the team you would like to join (Calibrated CrossFit) and then click Join

A. Build to a tough 3 reps on the Deadlift in 15min


B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

10/8 Calorie Assault Bike

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

– Rest 3 minutes then repeat for a total of three sets. MAKE THESE FAST!!!


Optional Accessory Work

Every 90 seconds, for 18 minutes (4 sets):

Station 1 – Banded Leg Curls x 20 reps @ 1010

Station 2 – Barbell or Ab-Wheel Roll-Outs x 10 reps @ 3010

Station 2 – Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Barbell Row x 6-8 reps @ 2111
