2-Position Snatch

(High hang, followed by hang from mid-thigh)

*Build over the course of the 10 sets.

**Beginners perform a Power Snatch from both positions and go Every 90sec x 10 sets at lighter loads


B. For time:

30 Burpees Over the Barbell

15 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

30 Burpees Over the Barbell
