Warm-Up and Game prep for both RX and Scaled will be posted at gym and lead by coach

 

*All members not registered will do the warm-up with class then…

A. Perform as many reps as possible in 7min of:

10 Power Snatches (75/55lbs) (45/35lbs)

3 Bar Muscle Ups or 5 CTB Pull-Ups
