A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

20-22 Walking Lunges

*Remember this one from April 6th, 2016? Goal is to either go heavier on each set then before, or take two extra steps per set at same loads


B. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Bench Press x 3-5 reps

*Goal is to establish today’s 5-RM.

*3-5 reps is listed rep range b/c you might not want to do 5 reps all the way up in case you tire yourself out.


C1. Single-Arm DB Row; 8-10/arm x 3 sets, rest 45sec

C2. Hollow Holds/Rocks; 60 seconds x 3 sets, rest 45sec
