A5. Single Leg RDL w/ KB x 10/leg
A6. Handstand Hold x 20-30sec

B. Deadlift with weight! 2 sets of 8-10

Workout
A1. Deadlift; 4-6 reps x 4 sets, rest 90sec
A2. Strict Handstand Push-Ups; Max Reps in 60sec x 4 sets, rest 90sec

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
