1 Shoulder to Overhead

Run 400 Meters

*Choose the heaviest load you can successfully complete without dropping the barbell.

*Score total time and load used


C1. Ring Row @2111; 10 reps x 3 sets, rest 30sec

C2. Hollow Holds; 40-60 seconds x 3 sets, rest 30sec
