Workout
For the following 20 minutes, increase the loading on the barbell eachset, allowing the initial positional work to help you build into heavyloading for your full cleans from the floor.

A. EMOM, for 6 minutes (6 sets):
Mid-thigh Hang Clean (Squat or Power) x 1 rep

Rest 60sec
+
Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Above Knee Hang Clean (squat or Power) x 1 rep
+
Rest 60sec
+
Every 2mins, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Clean (Squat or Power) x 1 rep

B. Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
Handstand Push-Ups or DB Push Press (50/35lbs)
