Judges

 

A1. Back Squat; 10 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

A2. Banded leg Curl; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

A3. Reverse Snow Angels @3030; 20 reps x 4 sets, rest 90sec

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Strict Pull-Ups or 20 kipping Pull-ups

20 Wall Balls

30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)

 

**Movements to play around with in anticipation of this weeks OPEN announcement!

– Single Arm DB Snatches

-DB Thrusters

-DB overhead walking lunges

-DB Squat Clean Thruster (these would really suck!)

*I am sure there are many options but these would suck the most!
