2016 OPEN Announcements!

  • Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted every Thursday Evening by 10pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG).
  • Every Saturday from 2/27 through 3/26 we will have heats scheduled from 9am-11:45am. There will be no regular Saturday classes during the OPEN.
  • Anyone not able to attend Saturday must email by the Wednesday of each week. Do to the amount of people we have registered it is extremely important that you email me each week by Wednesday if you will NOT be there to participate. DO NOT email me 2-3 weeks prior. I will be rescheduling people 1 week at a time so wait until the week you will not be there to email me.
  • I will also need an email from any judges that are unable to judge the following week!



A. Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets):

Back Squat x 10 reps

*if you make all 10 reps, add weight the next set until you feel extremely challenged to make all 10 reps

Rest 20-30 seconds

Side Plank Hold x 30sec/side


Choose one of the following:

B1. Three rounds for time of:

20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with KB’s

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

20 toes-to-bar


B2. For time:

9 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)

18 Toes to Bar

7 Thrusters

14 Toes to Bar

5 Thrusters

10 Toes to Bar
