Workout

A. Wide Stance Box Squat; Build to a tough 2 reps

B. For time:
Run 400 Meters, Row 500m, or ski Erg 400m
40 Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)
40 Single-Arm DB Thrusters – 20/arm (50/35)
40 Kettlebell Swings
Run 400 Meters, Row 500m, or ski Erg 400m (pick same option as above)

*If hands are torn up from 18.1…..First, realize that you need to buy a pair of grips and start protecting your hands. Second, Sub 20 box jumps for each set of 40KBS, Must step down from BJ.

Optional:

A1. Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Barbell Row; 8reps x 3 sets, rest 45sec
A2. Straight Body Ceiling Reaching Crunches; 20-30 reps x 3 sets, rest45sec
A3. Reverse Snow Angels; 15 reps x 3 sets, rest 45sec
