  • Today (Monday) is the last day to make-up 17.4!!
  • Feel free to come make-up the workout but you will be responsible for finding a judge.
  • Make sure all scores are submitted before 7:30pm today!!!

  • The Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted Thursday Evening by 11pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG)
  • Any registered athlete not able to attend the upcoming Saturday MUST email by Wednesday evening of each week. If you do not email me by this time, you cannot reschedule.
  • Heat Times will be from 8:30am – 12:00pm. This will vary each week based off the workout released!


A. Every 2 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets):

Station 1 – Clean-Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6 reps @ 4011

Station 2 – Alternating Cossack Squats x 20 reps @ 2011

Station 3 – Ring Row x 10 reps @ 2111

Station 4 – Side Plank x 40 seconds each side


B. Three rounds for time of:

400 Meter Run/Row or 800m AB

20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Kettlebells

20 V-Ups
