Monday – 4/17/17

 

A. Every 90sec, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Snatch + Snatch

*Build over the course of the 8 sets to something heavy-ish for today.

 

B. In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
12 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
12 Burpees

 

Optional Accessory Work – after class

A. Weighted GHD Hip Extensions; 10 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed

B. Banded Crunches; 100 reps accumulated
