A. Deadlift (1sec pause at top) x 15 reps
– Rest 15-20 seconds
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps in 60 seconds
– Rest 2 minutes
Deadlift (1sec pause at top) x 10 reps
– Rest 15-20 seconds
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps in 60 seconds
– Rest 2 minutes
Deadlift (1sec pause) x 5 reps
– Rest 15-20 seconds
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps in 60 seconds

*Warm-up deadlift and start with a very tough 15 reps and try and add weight each of the 3 sets

B. Four sets of:
:30sec of KBS (53/35lbs)
– Rest 30sec
:30sec of DB Push Press (50/35lbs)
– Rest 30sec

Optional Accessory

A. Banded Y,T, I’s – accumualte 50 reps from each position

B. GHD Hip Extensions – 10 reps x 5 sets w/ BB on back
