Performance

In honor of the U.S. Army’s Birth year…

“1775”

In teams of two with only 1 person working at a time perform as many rounds as possible in 60 minutes of:

17 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

75 Air Squats

*At the end of each round, unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away as a team. Both teammates must have hand on barbell at all times.

*Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell as a team.

*Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
