Team Variation

 

In Teams of 2, with one person working at a time

 

6 Rounds for time:

 

30 Med Ball Squats (20#/14#)

19 Power Cleans* (95/65)

7 Strict Pullups Each* (partner can assist, but you cannot kip)

200m Banded Partner Run (both partners together)

 

*Scaled/beginner teams = hang power cleans and 7 total pullups each round
