Saturday – 11/25/17

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 400 Meters/Row 500 Meters/ or Bike 1000m
5 Pull-Ups
10 DB Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
15 MB or Sandbag Ground to Over Shoulder (Heavy)

*The women get first pick on all large D-balls
*Only one partner may be working on the triplet at a time, and the other partner will either be completing the run or row. Partners will switch tasks once the running/rowing partner returns.

*Score is total reps. The Run/Row/Bike are buy-ins to continue reps. Someone must be running,  rowing, or biking the entire time.
