In teams of 4, rotate through four stations for max reps.

Three Sets Each of:
60 Seconds of Assault Bike (for Cals)
– Rest 60 seconds
60 Seconds of Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
– Rest 60 seconds
60 Seconds of Toes to Bar
– Rest 60 seconds
– 60 Seconds of Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Rest 2 minutes

**Only one barbell for each team. If an individual would like to use a lighter load then prescribed above, they must use DB’s

**Each partner starts at a different station.
