In Teams of 3:
Station 1: 100 Cal Row, 100 Deadlifts (115/75)
Stations 2: 80 Cal Row, 80 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
Station 3: 60 Cal Row, 60 Front Squats (115/75)
Station 4: 40 Cal Row, 40 Shoulder to Over head (115/75)
Finisher: 50 Calorie Assault Bike

*While 1 partner is chipping away at the Row cals the other two alternate back and forth to chip away at the BB movement. Partners can switch stations at anytime but the team cannot accumulate reps on the barbell movement unless someone is actively rowing. If the row cals are finished before the corresponding BB movement all the partners can help finish that movement. You must finish the stations in order and cannot proceed to Station 2 before Station 1 is finished.
