Saturday – 3/31/18

In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
1000 Meter Row, 2000m Bike, or 1000m Ski, or 1200m Run
100 Kettlebell Deadlifts
100 Meter Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry
100 DB Walking Lunges
100 DB Push Presses

*Each team will have 1 pair of KB’s and 1 pair of DB’s. KB’s should bea gd amount heavier then DB’s.
*If we have enough Kb’s you may use KB’s for the lunges and push press’s too.
