Saturday – 4/29/17

In teams of two, complete the following for time:
300 Wall Balls
4000 Meter Run (10 – 400’s)
5000 Meter Row or 10,000 Meter AB

*Teams get one Rower and one Wall Ball, but may partition the work however they would like . . . and both should be working at all times.

*Beginners or anyone trying out for first time will perform half of everything
