Saturday – 6/3/17

In teams of two, with only one teammate working at a time, complete the following as quickly as possible:

400 Meter Run (Both partners run together)
-50 Ground to over Shoulder (MB or Sandbag)
100 Meter bear hug carry (Switch as often as you like but it cannot touch ground)
-75 Push-ups (Full range of motion…Must use barbell on rack if you cannot do all reps full range)
100 Meter bear hug carry
-100cals on Rower or AB

(Time Cap: 40min)

*The above tasks are totals for the team of two. Split reps up however you like

*Bear hug carry and Ground to over shoulder will be the same load
