Performance

In Teams of two:

Accumulate (10,000/7,000lbs) of Back Squats (1 partner works at a time – same bar but can use different weights)

Run 400m together

Accumulate (10,000/7,000lbs) of Hang Power Cleans (1 partner works at a time – same bar but can use different weights)

Run 400m together

80 Burpees (1 partner works at a time)

Run 400m together

1 Rope Climb each (only 4 ropes so first come first serve)

Run 400m together

*Each partner can only choose 1 weight for each movement (they cannot raise or lower weight once they start). Each team is also required to do their own math to figure out how many reps they must perform in order to complete their task.
