A. Deadlift (15min Time Cap)

*Set 1 – 50% x 8 reps

*Set 2 – 60% x 6 reps

*Set 3 – 70% x 4 reps

*Set 4 – 75-80% x 2 reps

*Set 5 – 85-90% x 2 reps

-Rest as needed b/w sets

 

B. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes (6 sets):

Even Minutes: 10 Double Unders + 10 Toes-to-Bar

Odd Minutes: 6 Deadlifts (185/115 lbs)

 

Optional Strength Accessory

A1. Barbell Hip Thrusts @21X1; 8-10 reps x 3 sets, rest 90sec

A2. Dumbbell Z-Press @2111; 8 rep x 3 sets, rest 90sec
