A1. Unsupported Seated DB Shoulder Press w/ 2sec pause at top; 5-6 reps x 5 sets, rest 60sec

A2. Alternating Pistols or Pistol Progression; 12-16 total reps x 5 sets, rest 60sec


B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated DB Press

10 Toes to Bar

15 Dips or Push-Ups (thighs cannot hit ground)

30 Double-Unders
