2016 OPEN Announcements!

  • Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted tonight by 10pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG).
  • If you are registered for the OPEN and have NOT emailed me THIS week to reschedule you have been plugged into a heat between 9am and 11:45am.

A. EMOM, for 21 minutes:

Minute 1 – Push Press x 6 reps

Minute 2 – Goblet Squat x 8 reps

Minute 3 – Alternating Lateral Lunge x 16 reps total


B. Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes:

Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
