2016 OPEN Announcements!


Same as last week, The Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted Tonight by 10pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG).

There will be no regular Saturday classes during the OPEN.



A. EMOM, for 18 minutes:

Minute 1 – 2 Turkish Get-Ups per arm (slow and controlled – each rep should take close to 10 seconds or more)

Minute 2 – Inverted Hamstring w/ KB’s x 6 reps each leg @ 2011

Minute 3 – DB Bench Press x 8-10 reps


B. Three sets for max reps of:

60 seconds of Push Press

60 seconds of Box Jumps or Step-Ups

60 seconds of Rest
