Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) of:

Run/Row 800 Meters or AirDyne 1mile

12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups or Strict Pull-Ups

6 Wall Walks or 20 Shoulder taps or 45sec HS Hold

*Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.
