A2. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row; 10/arm x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A3. Plank Hold; 45sec x 4 sets, rest 45sec

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches or Sand Bag ground to Over Shoulder (no MB)
20 Push-Ups
