Performance

A1. Barbell Bench Press (1sec pause at chest); 8-10 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec

A2. Ring Rows @2111; 8-10 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec

 

B. In teams of two perform:

80 MB Squat Cleans (Minimum 20/14lbs but you can always choose heavier)

Rest 5min

AMRAP in 10min of:

10 burpees

10 Sit-ups

50 Single Unders (Double Unders only if you can perform them fast!)

*Partners alternate whole rounds
