“Vest Triplet”

*This workout is inspired by the “Vest Triplet” events that teens and masters athletes completed this last Saturday of the 2017 CrossFit Games. You’ll have a better understanding of how impressive these athletes are after completing this workout and then watching them do the same while wearing a weight vest.

Four rounds for time (teenage and 35-49yrs of age),
Three rounds (50+ Divisions):
400 Meter Run
24 Squats (70/53lbs)
12 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

*If you wear a vest throughout the entire workout the Goblet squats are just Air Squats. Do not hold KB.
