A2. Strict Supinated Grip Pull-Ups; 4-6 reps x 3 sets, rest 45sec

B1. 1-arm Ring Row; 8-10/arm x 3 sets, rest 30sec
B2. Mini-band Air Squat @5551; 6-8 x 3 sets, rest 30sec
*Must stick to Tempo!!!

C. AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
12 Wall Balls
9 Toes To Bar
6 Burpees

rest until running clock hits 10min, and then…

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
Interval 1 – V-Up x 15 reps
Interval 2 – Elbow Plank x 60 seconds
