90/90 Windmill x 10/side
Downward Dog x 5

Workout
A1. Tall Kneeling Alternating KB Press (1sec pause at top); 6-8 reps x4 sets, rest 60sec
A2. Kettlebell Swings; 25 unbroken reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

B. Three rounds for time of:
10 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
20 Push-Ups
40 Double-Unders

C. Banded Face Pulls and Banded T’s – accumulate 50 reps each
