Hanging strict knee tucks x 10
Half Kneeling bottoms up KB Press

Single Leg RDL x 8/leg
Quadruped birddog w/ ball on back x 8/side
Push Press x 8 reps

Workout
A1. Push Press; 6-8 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A2. Romanian Deadlift; 6-8 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
A3. Supine Leg Lowering @3011; 10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
*Lower back remains in contact with the floor

B. In teams of two, partners alternate whole rounds to complete 4 rounds each of:
10 Wall Balls
10 Burpees
10 V-Ups
